Getting your order to you
Thanks for shopping with Flax & Ember — we can't wait to get a little cozy headed your way. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order processing
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During sales, new launches, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it's placed.

Where we ship
We ship across the United States and to select international regions. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not able to ship there just yet — but we're always growing, so check back soon.
International orders
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local customs office — please check with them if you have questions before ordering.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business of your confirmation, reach out at support@flaxember.com and we'll take a look.
Delays
All delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Once we hand your order to the carrier, timing is in their hands — we're not able to control delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package seems stuck or lost, contact us at support@flaxember.com and we'll help however we can.
Wrong address & undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment ([note any reshipping cost here if applicable]).
Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us right away at support@flaxember.com with your order number (and a photo, if it's damaged). We'll make it right.
